Who we are?

Cleanslate Communications Limited also trading as Cleanslate Studios collects, uses and is responsible for certain personal information about you. To Cleanslate Communication PVT Limited in Bangalore India in order to assist to providing the services.
Cloud based and web hosting providers in USA where such providers are bound by the Privacy Shield.
Such countries like India and USA do not have the same level of data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEA. Whilst the European Commission has not given a formal decision that USA or India provide an adequate level of data protection similar to those which apply in the United Kingdom and EEA, any transfer of your personal information will be subject to suitable relevant safeguards by having:

  • standard data protection clauses (which have been adopted either by the European Commission and/or the Information Commissioner’s Office) in accordance with Article 46 in place or
  • binding corporate rules in accordance with Article 47 GDPR with our associate companies in India or
  • with regard to USA corporations, only transfer to USA to corporation who have signed up to the Privacy Shield to process any data

This is designed to help safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a misuse of your personal information.
Further in accordance with Article 49 we may transfer personal information where:

  • it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, or concluded in your interest, or
  • where you have given explicit content to do so after being informed of the relevant risks.
